Player Registration
Registrations for Season 2026 are open online through My Club Mate via the link below.
There are several ways that you as a player can register:
1. Existing players can register online through My Club Mate:-
To register via my clubmate please go to the following website: https://qcsawelsh.myclubmate.com.au/mydetails/
For players that played last year, login with your (or your child’s) name and use the password – Blackstone. Confirm/update your details and submit.
2. New players can also register online via my club mate:-
To register via my clubmate please go to the following website: https://qcsawelsh.myclubmate.com.au/mydetails/
For new players, select the ‘Register a new player’ tab and complete the online form.
As a club we do accept Play On! Sport Vouchers that can cover up to $200 of registration fees. To apply for a $200 FairPlay voucher or to determine if you are an eligible persons go to: Play On! Sports Vouchers | Recreation, sport and arts | Queensland Government
Payment can be done via cash, cheque, EFT or EFTPOS. Cash, EFTPOS or cheque payments can be made at the field when training commences. Finalisation of registration fees will need to be completed by 27 March 2026. If you require a payment plan, please contact the Club Treasurer via treasurer@blackstoneunitedfc.com.au.

Please use your surname as the reference that would help in matching payments to registrations. Please send a copy of the internet payment receipt to the Club Treasurer via treasurer@blackstoneunitedfc.com.au.
Club shorts and red socks will be available to purchase (or order) when training commences. Other club merchandise is available for purchase (or order) as follows:- club polo, club hat, club jacket, club hoodie, club beanie.
